Early on in the pandemic, Eleven Madison Park chef-owner Daniel Humm, considered one of the world’s best chefs, utterly refused the idea of takeout. But as the pandemic has continued way past expected, he is now offering EMP dinner kits that recreate the three-Michelin-star experience at home. The EMP dinner kits can be picked up and they feed two to four people and feature a chicken with brioche, black truffle, and foie gras stuffing, plus roasting tips for the bird.
