When we think of Ireland, we tend to think of pubs, Guinness beer, Saint Patrick’s day and that infamous 3-leaved shamrock (a young sprig, used to symbolize Ireland). But this little gem of a country is a lot more than that; in addition to being the second largest island in Europe, being dubbed the “Emerald Isle” and having its Moher cliffs as backdrops in famous movies such as Harry Potter and Princess Bride, Ireland boasts amazing landscapes, amazing people and astonishing coastal scenery.
